The Student Association at Noroff Vocational School has collaborated with influencers Gitte and Filip to create a recipe booklet for students and young adults. The booklet introduces the concept of "meat-free Monday" or Kjøttfri Mandag in Norwegian. It features simple and affordable recipes using fruit and vegetables as the main ingredients.
Gitte and Filip are food and lifestyle bloggers who published a cookbook together last year. They aim to inspire healthy and playful meat-free living by creating a visually inspiring universe that brings together food, interior design, and people on their social media. Filip takes pictures of the food while Gitte, a trained actress passionate about cooking since she was two years old, provides the recipes.
I created a recipe booklet that is modern, affordable, and appeals to the target group's lifestyle. The booklet focuses on three fundamental principles: price, aesthetics, and diet. It features a wide range of cheap yet delicious recipes in a legible, clear, modern, and trendy layout that inspires users to step out of their comfort zone and try new things. More importantly, the booklet includes healthy and nutritious ingredients perfect for a balanced diet and can be prepared on a low budget, even without meat. This booklet will positively impact the target group's lives and help them achieve their health and lifestyle goals.
